The stress prism

All of our lives are viewed through different types of prism’s.

Happiness, sadness, stress or others.

The stress prism means that you see life and all it brings is stress.

In its request for anything that takes up your time becomes a bind, a chore, something difficult to handle.

Stress is reversible and removable (in all most all cases).

So the trick with the stress prism is to identify it.

To stop. And to let it subside before you carry on.
