Providing Patients for Courses

Protocol for delegates when selecting patients for courses

At The Campbell Academy we encourage all of our delegates to bring their own patients to treat at the clinic as part of the course. We guarantee to assist delegates as much as possible in the sourcing, discussing, assessing and consenting patients within their own practice. We consider this to be one of the most important aspects of learning in implant dentistry. We feel that clinicians who are skilled and adept at securing patients within their own practice will have the ability to secure patients to travel for discounted treatment at a specialist clinic.

We will promise to assist delegates as much as possible in the discussion with patients even through our own treatment coordinators to secure their travel to the practice.

However, we do appreciate in certain circumstances, providing your own patient can be difficult. Therefore, we will try to assist as much as possible to help provide patients for delegates who find it impossible to source their own. We will endeavour to provide at least one patient per course for such individuals.

However, due to the unpredictable nature of sourcing such patients for dental implant training, we are unable to guarantee this to anyone who signs up to one of our courses. Nevertheless, as mentioned above, we will do our very best to provide one patient to any delegate who finds it impossible to source their own.
