This week is the second module of ‘Building the Modern Independent Dental Practice, on module one we set the first project which is trying to define the ‘why?’ of your business. If you have never seen anything about this then why not watch Simon Sinek Ted Talk here. 

We set this as the first project (after the introductory project to introduce the businesses and the individuals) because everyone thinks that it is easy and everyone heads off in to the gap between module of 1 and 2 interspersed only by a video conference call between us to set the project straight and they write down why they are in business. 

Seems easy right?  

I dare you to try it… 

It’s fine to write something that you want other people to hear, but why not write something that you believe? 

Why not do it in a quiet room, where no one else is around and think deeply about it? 

A lot of the time it changes everything and a lot of the time it makes people take a right good long hard look at what they are doing, and they will often change course to go on another direction. 

There is still time to think about this. 

There is still time to take a different path. 

But every day it is running out and every day gets less and less and some time soon it will be gone.
