People value what they feel is scarce, things that will solve a problem for them or something which will improve their life.
If you wish to provide value, it’s important that you factor in these three different things:
- Is it readily available in lots of different places at the same cost or cheaper?
- Will it solve a problem that I have?
- Will it make my life better?
If you were applying for a job somewhere it would be best to think of your value in those terms as well.
Are there lots of other people like me around, can I make it easier for the people I work for, do I make the place better or not?
One of the things we’ve tried to develop as we continue to educate dentists through The Campbell Academy platforms is to create linchpins who can go out into the world and add value to the others they work with.
If you work in a practice and were unable to place dental implants and then you were and then you could bring that service in-house to a practice and help to develop the practice and enhance it and provide services to patients and cure their problems and increase the revenues, you would be more valuable.
If you could do that in the business side of your practice you would be more valuable too.
And this year we introduced that to Endodonotics.
If you want to be more valuable to your business and more valuable to your patients and therefore more valuable to yourself, you might want to consider that now and in the position we find ourselves in dentistry, it’s time to up-skill and to improve.

Like all of our courses we expect you to exit this course capable and competent in the material that’s produced to be able to provide the services in your own place to add to your value and the value for others.
The standard of this course is amazing and the speakers are brilliant and the facilities (well I would say that) are fabulous.
