Most people imagine that travelling in the same direction means travelling down the same road or the same carriageway or even down the same white line, but travelling in directions that are the same can span over thousands of miles, just moving in the same way.
Thinking that you will always be completely and utterly aligned with the people you're working with, that you'll all be thinking the same thing, wanting the same thing, going in exactly the same way, is completely deluded.
Groups of people working together are a force of nature that spans a front that lasts miles and miles, heading in a wonderful direction, making extraordinary progress often, thinking slightly different things at the same time.
