In the middle of the overwhelm when it's getting worse and worse, and you can't see the end, and you don't know a way out.
‘Yes’ is almost certainly the wrong answer. Particularly if it's someone asking you to do something more. Learning to stop and even to say “I'm sorry but I can't at the moment”, Is the antidote to that way that you're feeling.
I'm unsure why so many of us find difficulty in that, but I know that it is the answer and the pathway to peace and contentment.
