I'd rather earn less money and work with people that I like.
I'd rather the journey be great with friends and people I respect and trust than just getting rich.
You may be different to me, and you might put up with people that you'd rather not, but I remember a really good friend of mine in dentistry who I've not seen for a while (Peter Buchan - how are you?) educated, motivated people, that's all we're interested in.
If you're one of those, come along; I'd love to work together.
If you're one of the other guys chasing something else, you'd best stay over there with your mates. It's not for me, not for us.
