Twice yesterday, I had to have conversations which some people might think would be difficult.
The older I get, the deeper into this stuff, the more I don't have difficult conversations, just essential conversations.
It's never my intention to deliberately upset someone, but neither am I gonna not have the conversation because someone might be upset.
Things have to be said by me, and to me, that's how we move forward, not in silence.
