For the first time (almost), I dictated a blog in front of someone else a minute ago

It was Sonia who was listening, and so we had a chat afterwards. She said to me that she thought I had the capacity to speak about any subject, and that people would believe me even if I didn't know what I was talking about.
We had a quick conversation.
I think the trick is only ever to talk about something that you do know something about and when you don't know something about it, to be quiet and listen and learn about it and then later you can talk about it because you know about it and then get a little bit better and a little bit better and a little bit better.
You don't get better by speaking; you only get better by listening.
Two ears and one mouth.
Listen twice as much as you speak.
