My kids have started working for a living, two of them, properly full-time, Grace and Rosie.
They're in that early stage of their careers, but when it gets to November, they go to work in the dark, and they come home in the dark; that's the life of somebody in Britain going to work.

It's much easier to be productive at 6 o'clock in the morning when the sun is in the sky in June than it is to be productive at 7 p.m. when it's already been pitch black for 3 hours.
Adjust your life accordingly, winter is different to summer.
