If you ever get a chance to choose and select and look after a group of people to try to make something better or bigger, or both, then you have to be able to get out of the way.
You have to be able to allow the people that you've chosen to come with you to do their thing and to get the sh*t done.
If you don't get out of the way, if you control, stifle, and suffocate, it doesn't grow, and that's on you.
If you get out of the way and the people you've chosen are unhappy or incapable of doing what you hoped they would, then you chose the wrong people, and that's on you, too.
