Let’s be entirely and 100% clear on this.
Answering emails creates more emails to answer.
If you spend the end of your day getting rid of the emails in your inbox until there are 0 (as I sometimes do).
You will find that the replies to those emails (and all the rest of the new emails) fill up your inbox by lunchtime tomorrow.
That's fine if that's your work and creates all the work you want, but if it is only a means of communication, perhaps it might be clever to find another means of communication.
