It's not magic; in fact, it's the opposite of that.
Focus is just persistence, habit, determination, it’s turning up and doing it again, little by little, day by day.
The vast majority of us are coded against this, to chase after the new (I know I am).
But the real magic occurs over a longer term.
Drip, drip, drip.
It's turning up again.
