Sometimes it is necessary to tinker around the edges, to make what is good, a little bit better, to make it a little bit more effective and efficient.

Sometimes it is necessary to burn it down to the ground and rebuild it from scratch, foundations and all.

On the 31st January we go into our new business and we have burnt it down and we are building it from scratch.

It is just possible that this might be the best possible time to talk about how to build a business in dentistry, because we are just lifting stones and uncovering things that are wrong, that need fixing and improving and our building systems, operations and visions for the next 20 years.

Perhaps the best way to share that with us would be on the business course as you see us do it in real time, with a team of people who have learned so much through an enormous process of re-building a dental business, together with the experts from outside of our own organisation.
