In May The Campbell Academy will launch its cadaver based Sinus Grafting Course based around the Surgical Training Centre at The University of Coventry and in Nottingham.
The essence of this course is to teach delegates the modern principles of sinus grafting and in particular, simultaneous implant placement in sinus grafts with early loading at 6 - 8 weeks. This is a system which has been pioneered at the University of Bern in association with radio frequency analysis and is something we have used hundreds of times at The Campbell Clinic with great success. Our survival rate of implants if sinus grafted sites is comparable with our survival rates for implant anywhere else.
The course is three days with one day of hands on anatomical dissection and cadaver surgery at the skills centre in Coventry followed by didactic teaching and model surgery. Alongside this there will be extensive discussion of CBCT in sinus grafting surgery.
The final day consists of live surgical procedures carried out at The Campbell Clinic with the audio visual to allow discussion and interaction with very clear views of sinus grafting being carried out.
We believe that this is an exceptional introduction to sinus grafting or a great reminder and reaffirmation of the procedures you are carrying out already.
We hope to see you soon.
