It is a massive rock that sits in front of your face like a mountain.
The danger is that we never see over the opportunity. It is so close to our noses we can't see it and we never take the time to step back, to look over the top and see what it past the opportunity.
This is classically true in dentistry. No dentist with any sense of adventure of expectation for better things in the future would ever work five clinical days a week. This is nose to close to the grindstone with no opportunity to see past the opportunity.
