To ride with the legend that is Chris Boardman.

Chris Boardman's list of achievements in cycling is enormous. World record holder, World champion, stage winner and yellow jersey wearer in the Tour de France among many, many others.

Chris is now very well known for his involvement with British cycling and playing an instrumental role in their success on the track at the Beijing and London Olympics.

Chris is also recognisable for his place on the coverage of the Tour de France each year on Channel 4. Aside from all this, he now has a range of bikes sold at Halfords for his everyday range and at selected areas for his Elite range of bikes (I have a Boardman AIR 9.4 and it is amazing)

The Karen Green Foundation are delighted to announce that they have secured a charity ride with Chris Boardman for a very small number of participants (maximum 12)

8 of these places are already gone and the ride will be on Wednesday 16th April in Derbyshire at 10am. This will involve a 2 hour ride around the Peak District in Derbyshire with the opportunity to ride with and chat to Chris Boardman. Following this, Chris will be available for up to 2 hours to chat to riders, have photographs taken and sign any pieces of memorabilia.

It really is a once in a lifetime opportunity for anyone interested in cycling.

If you are interested, or know anyone who might be interested in this, the cost is £250 which goes entirely to the Karen Green Foundation.
