I was driving to ride my bike far away today, and I passed a dental practice I've known for years.
They put new signs up in an act of desperation to get more patients; there's now a sign right beside the front door that basically says, these are the products we have; this is what we do. It lists everything that's absolutely possible to do in a dental practice plus some other things.
Not necessary.
If patients want it, they can ask; telling them that you do everything is telling them that you do nothing.
Much better to tell them that you're good or nice or here than it is to tell them that you do absolutely everything that there is to have.
