
Here’s a trick.
When it gets to Friday afternoon, late in the day, look back across your working week diary, however it's fixed.
Find the least valuable (whatever that means to you) 10% of the time spent, cut it out.
Do something else in that 10% of time next week or the week after, which would develop you, make you better, make you happier, brighter, stronger, less tired, healthier, whatever, and then repeat.
Imagine where you would be a year from now.
