Best not to do that.

It's a little bit arrogant.

It is best to write the job description that the organisation, non-profit, charity, basketball team, or swimming club requires and then see if you're prepared to take on the job description change, alter, bend and develop to have the skills and the attitude to achieve it.

Giving people jobs because you like them and creating a job description around them so they can stay there might be a recipe for disaster going forward.
