Perhaps the first thing we should do when we investigate the possibility of working with someone else is not to decide whether we can make money, but to decide whether we can share our values.
The reason that's important It's because if you're unable to share your values, you're probably unlikely to make money for very long.
Whereas if you are likely to share your values, you'll probably be able to make money by accident.
Often, the things we look at are the wrong way round and back to front.
