When did not doing the thing you’re supposed to do or want to do, over and over again, become normal?

When did you stop exercising, or walking the dog, or telling your kids that you love them, or coming home from work at a reasonable time?

When did you start wasting your life, every single night, watching screens and not speaking?

When did we get fat, unfit, unhappy, lonely?

Routine and habits are one of the most powerful things in the world but also the easiest to lose as the tide comes in.

For all of us (but particularly for me) it’s probably wise to set some time apart to look from the outside to see that the habits that you’ve lost, that you really need to have, are regained.
