Courtesy comes from empathy and empathy is the basis of human interaction.
I am fully aware it may be your ‘right’ to this or that in the eyes of the law.
When you jettison the courtesy and empathy element of your interaction you have lost me all together.
In the long term, courtesy and empathy are what wins, what develops relationships and maintains them. This can be in personal life, business life or in any life you like.
Too late taking people to a box at the cricket to try and win them back after you’ve acted like a knob on the phone.
