Your narrative is your choice.
You can get busy living or get busy dying.
You can talk about second spikes, recessions, collapses, disasters and death and loss of lifestyle and everything that goes with that or you can spread bet.
You can try to push the line a little bit towards positive every single day.
It might not work but it’s a much better way to start the day than the opposite choice.
