Sometimes the only option you have is to walk away.
When you look at a problem for the longest time trying to find good news or happy endings or solutions, where there just are none at the present time and are not making themselves clear, it gets toxic to continue to look.
That’s the time to walk away.
Take your dog for a walk, talk to the people you love, just get out of the problem. It will still be there (or might not even be there) when you come back.
In all of this anxiety and the desire for stability,sometimes it’s important to understand that you can’t fix it yourself.
