Two jobs

There’s a significant risk that the blog will become an advertising site for people looking for associates as the world of recruiting associates changes.

One of the most important things that’s going to change is being able to select jobs which fit your philosophy and culture but I have been approached by two of my friends recently asking if I can help them to find appropriate associates who might fit their culture and so I’m going to help them here.

(Full disclosure - I’m not a job advertising site and I merely put you in touch with people who might fit the bill, if it doesn’t work I’m sorry).

Job number 1:

A long-standing friend of mine who I have worked with on and off for many years has recently bought their own practice in a really nice area just outside of Nottingham. They're starting to build their own empire and their own philosophy and culture and the individual in question is as ethical as they come and as honest as they come and are a brilliant dentist.

It’s tough starting your own thing and what you need around you are people who are willing to help and get in for the ride.

This job might have a little bit of NHS commitment in it but will mostly be private and give the opportunity for the right person to develop a private practice list in a nice place, close to nice facilities and nice amenities and living somewhere nice with nice people.

It’s a slow burner and a long-term position which would work brilliantly in partnership for the right individual.

If you’re interested just email me back straight here confidentially and I’ll pass you onto the right person who's taking over the practice.

Job number 2:

This job is a bit more rural in a market town in the East Midlands but a big practice and has a large NHS commitment.

It’s a fantastic practice with everything you could ever need to develop your dental practice moving forwards and different people involved in different aspects of work, with specialist services provided.

It suits a young dentist, probably just out of VT who’s willing to work hard to learn how to ‘cut their teeth’ in the right environment and with the right guidance from the best people.

You would be close to everything you could ever want for living out in the rural country areas but still with really good transport links and a good town in itself in which to live in and around. You could also live within a city and travel a little way to get there if you wanted.

Again, if you’re interested in this or the other job just email me which one and I’ll pass your details on to the people involved and hopefully I can help as much as possible.

Good luck and best wishes.
