Training for pain

It’s possible to lean into pain and not run away from it. 

It’s possible to get better at dealing with it through practice. 

Sometimes the journey away from pain, the running away and hiding, is much more destructive than the leaning in and accepting and learning and becoming stronger. 

Probably best in these times, as the man said, to not look for easier but to try to become a little bit stronger.
