All the revolution does is give somebody a chance to settle into a period of extended evolution, a period where you can build structures and systems and teams and thoughts and cultures and values so that you can move things forward day after day, tick, tick, tick until the next revolution comes.
Revolutions are all well and good, and trying to change things immediately and drastically in a get-rich-quick style way is all good, but the best work gets done in between, in between the big shifts, in between the big announcements, in between the parades, that's when the sh*t gets done.
