What I need from you is to identify the pain that I am in (whatever that pain might be) and help me to get rid of it.  

I need you to see my difficulties and help me find a way through. 

I need you to see, without me having to tell you, where my road blocks are, where my fails are, where my real difficulties are and give me something to help with them. 

That might be giving me a job, or a tablet, a handbook or a piece of technology. 

All our interaction, and even more so our interactions going forwards from here, are based on collaboration. 

Collaboration starts with finding someone else’s pain.
