For months, we've been teasing this out.
We've been building and filming and concepting and promoting, and negotiating and doing all the things it takes to build something like this, which is an enormous, terrifying, magical project.
The Campbell Academy Clubhouse is an online education environment built around dental implant education and dental business education (in the first instance).
It was concepted and then designed around the principle, turning up for a course is one thing, but being embedded constantly in a safe environment with people who think like you and who want to act like you, and to treat patients like you, and to talk about things like you is a vastly more superior educational experience, than sitting in a hotel for a day.
What we found from the very early stages of running the year-long business course is that 2-day modules 6 times a year were absolutely not enough, and everyone needed to be embedded all the time. We expanded this into year implant courses, year 1, 2, and 3 to give the opportunity for people to be in constant contact, to discuss cases, problems, issues, business, admin, compliance, all of that stuff.
What we decided to do is then build something that we believe is extraordinary, to allow that to be available for like-minded people going forward, permanently, without the need to sign up for a course or attend a course, but to be part of a tribe, a group of people who honestly practise and who understand that practise is difficult.
The hook line we developed early on was
“where reality meets dentistry.”
It's not a place where you come and watch videos and don't do anything else; it's a place where you can share cases, and we can share cases.
It's a place where you can talk about things before you start, while you're doing it or afterwards.
It's a place where you can have safe, secure support and advice if it doesn't go the way you expected, perhaps find out why that was the case, and learn for the next time.
It has exclusive face-to-face events that no one else can access of extraordinary high quality, and some of the most fantastic clinical material that's recorded and presented that we have ever seen.
It's on a subscription basis, month by month, and it brings you to a place where you can ask questions, answer questions, be supported, and watch what other people have to say.
It’s properly hybrid.
