At times, at present, I can see the future and how clear it is and how amazing it will be and how we will smash the s**te out of everything that we put our hand to and create this extraordinary organisation and future for everyone that I look after.
At other times it’s dark and desolate as I run down the worst possible rabbit holes trying to figure out ways to survive my worst-case scenario.
From the people I speak to I think many are like this perhaps even many more spending a lot of time down the rabbit hole.
What we seem to forget is that generally, in circumstances like this we end up somewhere in the middle.
We started somewhere in the middle and we end up back somewhere in the middle, with dreams of greatness evaporating but dreams of disastrous nightmares blowing away like smoke in the wind.
Probably best not to dream too big just yet but similarly probably best not to listen to the nightmare.
