Sometimes in the midst of difficulty and in the day-to-day labour of ‘doing the work’, it’s easy to miss when the good things happen or not to take a minute to look at the view and smell the roses.
Four years ago, when we set up The Campbell Academy, Andy, Tom and I had a clear vision of where we wanted it to go and what we wanted it to be like. We’ve hit some pretty decent milestones along the way but never seem to take the time to say “well done” to each other because we’re too busy pushing onto the next thing to push it forward a bit more.
Last month we started version four of our Year Implant Course. It’s full and there are already people booking onto year five which starts in January 2020.
The Sinus Grafting Course with the cadaver surgery is full and it’s not until June. It is also 25% booked for 2020!
Our innovative Live Skills Course with Rob Oretti has about two places left and it’s in November.
We have limited places left for our Immediate Full Arch Course and we’re already about 50% booked up for our Aesthetic Live Skills Course for November.
For us, it was never about stacking people high and getting as many as possible through the door. We knew the size of the groups we wanted to have and what that dynamic would be like. We knew it would take years to reach a viable level of engagement and commitment from the people who come on our courses, but we’re getting there… slowly but surely.
With what’s to come in the next few months and the story we’ll be able to tell through the rest of the year, this should only get stronger and better and more exciting and fun.
