So last Thursday is over and some people won and some people lost.

Turned on the radio on Friday morning whilst I was driving somewhere and there it was.

People shouting on a phone-in on Radio 5 live.

The result is done, whether you like it or whether you don’t like it and shouting at the radio or on the radio will not change that result.

What you do now is, you start again because that is all we can do now.

We can move forwards or we can move backwards.

If you’re happy with the result then make sure you remember that there are people who are not and then let’s try to work together to make the best of what we have got and then make it better for the people to come next.

If you’re not happy with the result, then try to make it better.

Society gets the politicians that it deserves. The first way to fix the political situation is to fix the societal situation and the people that fix the societal situation are us.
