I've just finished a headspace pack on prioritisation.

You might think that 10-15 minutes of mindfulness every day or at least the days you can manage would have no benefit for working through your to-do lists or dealing with your priorities, but you might be surprised.

If you woke up each morning and opened your eyes and imagined that it was your last day, it might change the way you look at things.

You can’t live your life as if you won’t be here tomorrow, but you can certainly think about what you would do and what you would choose to do if that was going to be the case.

It won’t make you a superstar overnight but it might make you give your Wife a kiss before you leave for work. (My dad taught me this, 35 years ago even if he didn’t realise, he did. x)
