On the route to a little bit better every single day (or every single day that you can). The one last thing strategy is an ideal behaviour to try to harness.
Basically, when I'm working particularly, at my desk at work, in my office, and I get to the end of the day, I've had enough. I pack up and get ready to go, and then try to do one last thing. I try to make the one last thing a little bit valuable, maybe something that gains me a little bit of time tomorrow, or something that I've been procrastinating with that's not that difficult.
The more of these you do, the better you get.
You can apply it to anything you want in your life, training, doing the dishes, work-related stuff, just another little atomic habit that makes things a little bit better, because lots of little bit betters become a lot better.
