Back to work tomorrow and I never, ever want this to stop.
If I retire it’s a slow demise then I’m done, if I don’t, I’ll continue on until I’m done.
We will never be finished at my work.
The projects and the vision and the ideas and the dreams that we have will never, ever be done and that is fabulous.
My job now is to move it along to a point where someone else can move it along to a further point after that and I am all in for that.
I will not wreck or destroy myself on the way because that will not serve me or my family or my work family at all.
I will carefully and conscientiously try to move it forwards a little bit until I’m not there anymore and someone else can take it on.
That game is infinite and that is such a huge privilege it’s almost impossible to write it down.
Lots to do this year, hope I might see you around.
