I heard once somewhere that we'd lost a million Einstein's in Africa because we never found them.
A million people who were clever enough to change the world through science, but we lost them due to economic and health inequalities.
It's worth thinking about that when you’re sat in front of a group of people that you're interviewing for a job or you have the privilege to teach or to talk to.
We almost never know where the hidden guys are, that's why they're hidden.
Finding them is one of the great and wonderful delights, but also possibly one of the greatest services you could ever perform for society.
