“What is the purpose of this meeting?”.
Perhaps best to start every meeting with that question.
It focuses everybody's mind and generally reduces the time taken for meetings which allows you to spend more time on the work created by the meeting which improves things overall.
Even better, it might give you some time back to do something better than a meeting.
