The Peer Review at The Campbell Clinic in May will be with myself and Mark Melbourne. We’re going to present intra oral scanning and live digital laboratory interaction.
Mark and I have been working really hard on the digital integration at the practice for nearly 4 years now. We have experience in Cerec and 3 Shape which we want to share and show people how they might work this into their practice; or if you’re using it at the moment what some of the extended techniques will be.
This will give people the opportunity to try intra oral scanning if they want but also to see what they can do with it once they have it. To discuss the advantages and disadvantages of intra oral scanning without all the noise created by the commercial providers and to cut out some of the hype.
We will be demonstrating Cerec and 3 Shape and the things that we have learned from both systems. Mark and I presented this at the Digital Symposium in London and we won’t to share some of that work with the Peer Review group and show how it’s enhanced a patient’s experience at the practice and changed the way that we’re doing things. We will show routine study models, restorative dentistry but also how we utilise it in implant dentistry too. We can also show Cerec use in Invisalign and some experiences of 3D printing.
This will be held at the practice, we will provide food and drink and as always, a lot of talk about dentistry. If you would like to book onto this evening then please register here.
If you’ve got any cases you would like us to discuss or present then email them to Hayley at hayleyedwards@campbell-clinic.co.uk, pop them on our Facebook group or bring them along with you on the night (please make sure you have consent for this).
You can join the Facebook group here.
