Some way or another last week I lost my streak on headspace.

I missed a day.

I was sitting at 177 consecutive days of headspace and I lost.

The next day I looked at my streak and it was zero.

It’s never about the streak at all, it’s about the habit.

I started again that day at one.

A steak is a tool to embed a habit.

For me the habit of headspace is worth it, the habit of snapchat is not worth it.
