In 2016 I went for a run down the side of the River Trent.

It was about 9 miles long.

It was the last time I ever ran down the side of the River Trent (or anywhere else for that matter).

I wonder how much more I would have appreciated that run and the things that I saw and the way that I felt, if I’d know I was never going to do that again.

We imagine we’ll get the privilege of saying goodbye but most of the time we don’t.

Why do we find it so hard to raise our hand as high as we can when people ask?

Today, we should treat it like it’s our last one but then shouldn’t we do that everyday?
