There is always a lifeboat; you just have to look.
When the world starts to close in around you, when it gets darker and harder, almost everyone has the opportunity to reach out to someone else to say, "Please, could you give me a hand?".
The hardest thing, sometimes the thing that seems almost impossible, is to admit that you're in trouble and to ask for the help that is almost always right there beside you.
