As I reflect about a week after I came back from Poland on the course we attended, I seem to think that it's been a long time since I actually went all in and invested in learning something as deeply as that.
I think I forgot how much inspiration you get from learning from people who are trying to do the right thing and doing it really well.
I really need to remember that I have to do this as often as I possibly can: go and see how people work or what they do, go and see how much better they are than you go and see how impossible it is to get to their level but try to get to that level anyway.
Learning creates inspiration, but you also have to learn to be inspired. Understanding both of those things is liable to keep you working for longer, better, and happier than just grinding it out, clocking in, and clocking out until your pension comes.
