Sometimes ‘just managing’ is exceptional.
Sometimes getting the job done and getting to the end is a feet of Hercules and strength.
Just managing though when we have more in the tank, when there is more to give is not good enough.
When there is space, when the stress has been released just managing moves to go the extra mile.
Going the extra mile is where joy and exception and value and difference exists.
Creating the time to go the extra mile instead of just managing is a work of clever people.
