The information you receive for example (your newsfeed on your phone), is very different to the story that you tell yourself about that information in the inside of your head.
Reading the information gives you a set of data of which you have no control.
Analysing the data into a narrative is entirely within your gift.
First, choose your information source and then understand that the true skill is creating the narrative.
