I have spent the last 2/3 weeks and weeks before that concept out and trying to figure out what I'll talk about when I go to South Africa in these three hours I have at the South African Dental Conference.
In the end, it'll come to me, and I'll finish it in the departure lounge at Heathrow (or likely even on the plane the morning after the all-night flight or even just the night before I speak).
Focus is difficult to achieve sometimes, but it tends to be easier when you're about to hit the deadline.
