When it works, when my schedule is what it is supposed to be. Fridays are human.
Mondays are the start of the week and trying to get everything going. Tuesdays are clinical. Wednesdays are crazy admin or meetings, same as Thursdays and often Fridays are teaching.
But when they’re not, they’re human.
I can come in with a task list and not frost the glass on the windows in my office and wander round and speak to people and have a laugh and have fun and really find out what’s going on and see what’s happening.
This is work at a different pace, no less valuable, no less productive, just beautiful and wonderful and human.
