For those of you who are old enough you’ll remember when Bob Geldof came on the TV during Live Aid and just shouted at people the line from above so, here’s a little version of that from me.
I wrote this blog at around the 17th of September at a stage where The Campbell Clinic team had virtually travelled to Edinburgh and back twice by bike, scooter, walking, swimming and any old amount.
We were boosted by Louis Dunne’s quite extraordinary professional triathlon training regime but also bike rides from Alex Jones and scootering from Laura and Carl and other fundraising activities.
We’re raising money for The Children’s Bereavement Centre in Nottingham which is clearly a pretty cool charity that we’d like to give as much as we can to.
And so, while I know the ball is coming up in November and I’m going to ask lots of people for lots of money there I’m going to ask you to share this post and to help us raise a little bit of money.
I think by the time I’ve finished all of us together will have got out of our cars, got off our arses and probably gone to Edinburgh and back four times.
