Fools suffered gladly

Coaching is one thing.

Being introduced to someone who is bright, interested, and keen to develop and make a positive difference is a joy and a privilege.

Assisting them by passing on experience or knowledge you have gained already that they don't have is a gift and something essential that we should all embrace and try our best to do as much as possible if we are given the privilege to do it.

Dealing with people who are rude and self-centred, people who are only on their own agenda, and who are often ignorant and stupid is something that we should not suffer in our lives.

If only for the reason that it distracts us and removes us from the first type of person.

Suffering the fool, the true fool, whatever their qualifications seem to say they are, whatever their titles are, whatever positions they hold is stealing; it's taking away from someone you could be helping and coaching, which might, in turn, be much better than you and make a bigger difference.
