There are people who I’ve met who are the most extraordinary, talented and gifted surgeons.
There are other people I’ve met who are the best communicators that I have ever seen.
There are some people who I’ve come across who provide the most exceptional, disruptive and productive research that changes people’s lives.
Some people that I’ve come across are extraordinary and visionary directors and business thinkers.
Other people are brilliant managers, able to get the best out of a small group of people to achieve the results they need.
On very rare occasions I have met people who can do all of that.
For the rest of the time and for the rest of us, we need to learn, better how to do the bits that we are not quite so good at.
